This will be our best chance to connect with each other and to help both of us to be on the same page when setting expectations for your training program and future goals. We will discuss your past experiences (health and physical activity habits), current starting place (including a physical & health assessment) and your future goals. We may combine our first workout with the initial consultation ... we will not miss a chance!

PROGRESS AND TRACKING

Almost there...

Well… now we can see the light at the end of the tunnel and you are getting stronger and stronger. However, we can’t stop there! … tracking your progress at this stage is very critical and reassessing is an ongoing process … we will keep adjusting your program to reach your goal and all what we need from you is consistency … yes, you will hear this word a lot “CONSISTENCY!”
